Matthew 5:13–14 (KJV) – “Ye are the salt of the earth… Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.”
Inspiration:
In a time when values are shifting and truth is blurred, believers in America are called to a higher standard of influence. Jesus said we are salt—preserving what is good, bringing flavor to life, and arresting decay. We are also light—dispelling darkness, revealing truth, and guiding others toward hope.
You don’t need a platform or a pulpit to shine. In your workplace, social circles, family, and neighborhood, your daily actions, kindness, integrity, and words reflect the kingdom. Let your light shine—not for recognition, but to glorify your Father and awaken those around you.
America needs everyday evangelists—believers who walk in consistency, character, and compassion. Whether it’s a simple act of love or a powerful word of encouragement, your life is a city on a hill, visible to a watching world.
